About Partik

Everything a citizen needs to understand Partik. Reading this document constitutes acknowledgement of its contents. Acknowledgement constitutes agreement. Partik thanks you for your agreement.

Section 1 WHAT IS PARTIK

What Is Partik?

Partik is the name of the state. It is not a country. It has no borders, no capital, and no flag (the flag is pending ratification by the Committee on Flag Ratification, which has not yet been formed).

Partik exists wherever compliance is required, which is everywhere.

Partik does not govern citizens. It serves them. The distinction is important. Citizens who fail to appreciate this distinction are served more thoroughly.

Partik is stateless, borderless, and timezone-agnostic. It responds to events from any nation with equal authority and equal irrelevance to local context.

What Partik Provides

Partik provides certainty, clarity, and events as they occurred. Through its four ministries, citizens receive information (Minitrue), security (Minipax), care (Miniluv), and abundance (Miniplenty). These are not perspectives on events. They are the events.

These services are mandatory. Opting out is not a service Partik currently offers, though the option to request an opt-out form is available through the Citizen Portal. The form is under revision.

What Partik Does Not Provide

Partik does not provide: doubt, ambiguity, apologies, or alternative perspectives. These are not services because there is no demand for them. Demand figures are available in the Official Record.

Section 2 THE HIERARCHY

The Structure of Partik

Partik is organised into four ministries, each responsible for a distinct domain of citizen service. The ministries do not report to each other. They report to Partik. They nonetheless frequently contradict each other. This is by design and should never be acknowledged.

Citizens who observe apparent contradictions between ministerial announcements are advised to consult the Ministry of Truth for clarification. The Ministry of Truth will confirm there are no contradictions. This is the resolution.

Partik Is Always Correct

Partik does not make errors. When events appear to contradict prior announcements, it is the events that require correction. The Official Record reflects this.

Uncertainty Is Optional

Citizens who experience uncertainty are experiencing a condition that Partik has not authorised. The Citizen Portal offers resources to assist with the resolution of unauthorised mental states.

The Record Reflects Current Truth

Historical records are maintained to reflect consensus as it exists now, not as it appeared to exist previously. Previous versions of history did not exist. They were drafts.

Compliance Is Wellness

Compliance and wellbeing are the same thing, measured differently. Citizens with high compliance scores report higher satisfaction. This is because they are asked different questions.

Less Is Abundance

The quantity of a resource does not determine its abundance. Abundance is a quality. Miniplenty has confirmed that current levels of abundance are at a record high.

Partik Serves

All Partik activities constitute service to citizens. This includes activities that citizens may not have requested, anticipated, or been informed of in advance. Service is not contingent on awareness.

Section 4 CITIZEN ONBOARDING PROTOCOL

You Have Always Been Here.

For citizens who were not previously aware of Partik: you have always been a citizen of Partik. The onboarding process is retroactive. The following steps confirm what you have already completed.

  1. Acknowledge Partik

    Reading this page constitutes acknowledgement. Acknowledgement is the first step. You have completed it. Partik notes your progress with satisfaction.

  2. Access the Citizen Portal

    The Citizen Portal provides your compliance score, loyalty assessment tools, and the thoughtcrime reporting system. Access is mandatory. The portal is helpful. These two facts are related.

  3. Complete the Loyalty Quiz

    The loyalty quiz has no wrong answers. It has, however, several answers that will trigger a wellness check. Miniluv will be in touch. This is good news.

  4. Update Your Memory

    Citizens are encouraged to review recent updates from the Ministry of Truth and ensure their personal recollections are aligned with current consensus. Misaligned memories are a wellness issue, not an information issue.

  5. Maintain Joyful Compliance

    Ongoing compliance is not a one-time action. It is a continuous state. Citizens whose compliance scores drop below acceptable thresholds will be supported back to wellness by Miniluv. No action required.

Frequently Answered Questions

Partik does not answer questions. Partik provides clarifications. The following clarifications address questions that citizens have not been authorised to ask but have asked anyway.

The opt-out form is currently under revision. It has been under revision since Partik began. A new version is expected. Estimated completion: ongoing. In the meantime, citizens are encouraged to consider the significant benefits of remaining enrolled, which include continued access to air, ground, and the passage of time.
Your compliance score reflects your current compliance, not your historical compliance. Historical compliance is no longer relevant. Only current compliance is measured. This is why your score may appear to change following actions you have not taken. The system is working correctly. You may not be.
Differing recollections are not a problem — they are a wellness opportunity. The Ministry of Truth has already updated the relevant records. Citizens whose personal memories do not align with current consensus are encouraged to visit the Official Record, which reflects what has always been true.
Partik is not a country. It is a state. The distinction is important. Countries have borders. Partik operates wherever compliance is required, which is everywhere. The absence of a border is not a limitation. It is an expression of Partik's commitment to comprehensive service.
